Protec Fuel, a leading ethanol fuel solutions firm, is ready to aid retailers and fleets in obtaining a portion of a $450 million grant from the Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program (HBIIP) run by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
